Originality and Publication Ethics

GSCARR accepts only manuscripts that represent original work of the author(s). Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by experts in the relevant subject areas. The journal adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and expects authors to comply with ethical research and publication practices.

Peer Review and Publication Process

All manuscripts submitted to GSCARR are subjected to an initial editorial screening followed by a thorough peer review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by independent reviewers who assess the scientific quality, originality, relevance, clarity, and contribution of the research.

Based on reviewer recommendations, the editorial board makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript. Accepted articles are published online promptly after final acceptance and completion of editorial processing.

Article Processing Charges

The journal does not charge any manuscript submission fees. However, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied after acceptance of the manuscript.
